treeseg

treeseg has been developed to near-automatically segment individual tree point clouds from high-density larger-area lidar point clouds acquired in forests. A formal, albeit somewhat outdated description of the methods can be found in our paper (https://doi.org/10.1111/2041-210X.13121).
